Where do you ship?
We ship our products all over India. If COD is unavailable in your area do contact us on email@example.com and we will make sure you get your product.
When will you process, and ship my order?
We are eager for you to have the safest skincare in town. We work fast to process orders within 1-2 working days.
How many days does it take for me to receive my product?
We ship all orders via priority shipping as we know you’re very excited to receive your Organic Riot®. Once your order is processed, you should receive your product within 3 working days. If it takes any longer do contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If the product hasn’t left our warehouse we can change the shipping address. Do contact us at email@example.com ASAP if you do want to change your shipping address.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product or a damaged product?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered or a damaged product, we’re sorry about that! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to get you the Organic Riot® you ordered! Please include your order number in your email.
What’s your return policy?
We will refund 100% of your money. We're sorry you didn't love your Organic Riot®. We’d love to hear why we didn't meet your expectations. Please reach out to email@example.com with your order number and we will see what we can do. We never want to leave you unhappy.
